As from today, Thursday 6th October, the way in which solicitors practices are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority will change with the introduction of Outcomes Focused Regulation (OFR). The introduction of OFR is designed to challenge firms to manage the way they operate, to ensure that `clients receive a service which bests suits their own particular needs.
