We very much regret any circumstances that may arise that would lead to a client having reason to complain about the services provided on their behalf by the firm. However we do recognise that from time to time complaints may arise and we are committed to attempting to resolve such complaints as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Any complaints about our standards of service should be addressed to either the Head of Department responsible for the client's matter or to our Client Care Partner, Stephen Lambert at our Louth office.
Bridge McFarland do not want clients to feel dissatisfied with any aspect of the service that they have received from the firm. Indeed if clients have any concerns about any aspect of our service or advice given then we would prefer clients to raise the matter with us at an early stage.
If clients are not satisfied with the outcome of our own complaints procedure then clients may wish to raise any matter with the Legal Complaints Service.
