Michael specialises in non-contentious work with a particular emphasis on corporate/commercial law and commercial property.

Michael has experience in assisting clients with various corporate matters including business and share acquisitions/disposals, management buy outs, shareholders agreements, incorporation of new companies, partnership agreements as well as providing general company law advice.

He works closely with the commercial property department and has experience in advising on property acquisitions/disposals and Landlord and Tenant matters.

Career History

Michael completed his law degree at the University of Hull in June 2007 and studied for the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, York. He started his training contract with Bridge McFarland in September 2007 and qualified as an associate solicitor in July 2010.

Personal

Enjoys all sports. Currently plays cricket for Louth CC and Cuxwold CC.
