Wendy Spalding-Siracusa

Specialist Areas:

Wendy specialises in aspects of Agriculture, Rural Business and Commercial Law. She has experience in dealing with sales and acquisitions of farms,  business sales and commercial Property, tenancies, diversification, rights of way issues, pipelines and telecommunications, wind farms and mineral and sporting rights to name but a few.

Career History:

Wendy has dealt with many multi million pound commercial sales and acquisitions, as well as a broad spectrum of property and general commercial work. She started her career in banking and financial services legal work.  Post qualification, Wendy gained experience with international law firm Clifford Chance and has also spent time working for Blake Lapthorn Linnells and Roythorne & co.

Personal:
Wendy  is actively involved with the Agricultural Law Association and is studying for a fellowship in agricultural law. She also is the Director of Burton Waters Leaseholders Management Company Ltd and is on the committee of a Lincoln Business Networking Group which meet on a weekly basis.

Wendy is married with 2 children and has a great love of Italy.
