Danielle Barney

Specialist Areas:

Clinical Negligence - Danielle manages - in conjunction with the Head of the Department - a large case load (in excess of 100) consisting exclusively of clinical negligence claims. She works on a range of cases involving Hospital Trusts and also GP Surgeries, Dental Practices and Clinicians practising in the private sector. The cases vary in complexity and value but the majority are litigated cases.

Career History:

Danille joined Bridge McFarland in 2002, having moved from a smaller practice, and subsequently commenced training with the Institute of Legal Executives (ILEX).  She has worked almost exclusively in clinical negligence since joining the firm and will continue to specialise in this area of law. 

Personal:

In her spare time Danielle enjoys keeping fit and is a very keen traveller. She has managed to make it as far as the Middle East and she would next like to explore South America.
