Clinical Negligence - Runs a caseload of clinical negligence claims. Also get involved in inquest cases - this aspect becoming a speciality. Heads up the Clinical Negligence Dept. at Hull.

Career History:

Lorraine is a qualified FILEX (Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives). Commenced legal career with Heptonstalls (Goole) before joining Bridge McFarland in 2003.

Personal:

Enjoys reading, going to the gym. Also has a little girl who takes up a lot of her time.

Notable Cases:

Lorraine successfully represented a Lincolnshire mother in a landmark case against her GP involving the provision of Folic Acid dietary supplements during pregnancy.
