IT - Supports the IT infrastructure, both PC and Telephony, across all the offices and provides regular hands-on guidance to the users and when necessary investigates and resolves technical faults to maintain an effective, legal and secure IT infrastructure. When not actively supporting the system, Dale spends his time analysing the existing infrastructure and identifying the future IT needs of the firm.
Career History:
His interest in Information Technology started when studying ICT at ‘A level’ , and was taken on as an apprentice following Sixth Form allowing Dale to develop knowledge and understanding giving him a great opportunity to turn his interest into a career. Joined Bridge McFarland in April 2007.
Personal:
Dale's hobbies include amateur dramatics and hospital radio, as well as socialising with friends at the local pub.
