David specialises in Dispute Resolution including  Property Litigation, Probate Litigation and Professional Negligence.

Career History:

David has an LLB Hons and a HND Business Studies (Distinction).   Reported Court of Appeal cases in which David was involved include:

  • South Kesteven District Council –v- Mackie;
  • Valentine –v- Allen & Mortgage Express –v- Filby.

David joined Bridge McFarland in 2008 as a Partner.

Personal:

David is married with 2 children.  He is a football fanatic (Manchester United) and enjoys sports, tennis and going to the gym.
