Most of Patrick's work is now building and construction disputes, professional liability and other commercial disputes. He has advised individuals, partnerships and private and public companies. Particular cases include representing an airline operator in a dispute over commercial aircraft leases, numerous partnership disputes (particularly representing solicitors on the breakdown of partnership) claims and issues under the Commercial Agents Regulations, litigation of various disputes in the Civil Courts up to the Court of Appeal, The Lands Tribunal, VAT & Duties Tribunal, Arbitrations with a seat in England & Wales and the United States of America and Adjudication of disputes under the Construction Act. Values exceed £5,000,000.00.
Patrick also has a particular interest in cross border issues. he has represented and pursued parties with a foreign base and has travelled in Europe and beyond in doing so.
In 2001 Patrick was accredited by CEDR as a commercial mediator. He has now gained considerable experience of a range of commercial mediations. Feedback from particular clients include:

Career History:
Patrick joined the firm in 1995 and has since become a partner and now is Head of Commercial and Civil Litigation based primarily at the Lincoln and Grimsby office.
Personal:
Patrick and his family live in the Lincolnshire Wolds and he has a keen interest in rural pursuits.
