Clinical Negligence - Stephen specialises exclusively with clinical negligence cases and has many years experience of all types of clinical negligence claims. He has acted in claims involving multi-million pound damages and undertakes many matters on referral from other solicitors.
He has been accredited by The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) as a Senior Litigator and is also a member of the Law Society's Specialist Personal Injury Panel.
Stephen is head of the firm's Clinical Negligence department in our Louth, Skegness and Market Rasen group of offices.
Career History:
Stephen qualified as a solicitor in 1981, became a partner in a predecessor firm in 1984 and has been a partner in Bridge McFarland since the creation of the firm in 1990.
Personal:
Stephen is a Governor of King Edward VI Grammar School in Louth and Vice-President of Market Rasen and Louth Rugby Union Football Club. He still finds time to play rugby, tennis and other sports.
