Adele Collis

Specialist Areas:

Adele is Head of Financeand is responsible for the supervision of the Finance team and the day to day running of the Finance Department. She is also responsible for reviewing and implementing Practices and procedures and ensuring compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules.  As a member of the Senior Management Team, Adele works closely with Heads of Departments, the Partners and the Management Board.

Career History:

Adele began her career as an assitant legal cashier at Leicestershire firm Crane & Walton.  She progressed to sole Cashier for the practice during her 16 years with them before relocating to Lincolnshire through her husband's job. Adele first joined Bridge McFarland in 2005  in a part time cashiers role. She rejoined the practice in 2007 as a Senior Cashier and was promoted to Head Cashier in 2008.  In 2009 Adele was appointed Head of Accounts.
