Working within the Senior Management Team Tina provides advise and support across the Firm in all aspects of people recruitment, management and development. The Firm has always had a strong ethos for progressing and supporting talent from within and Tina is a strong enthusiast in continuing and growing this culture. Tina is a licentiate member of the CIPD.
Career History:
Following qualification in Leeds, Tina started her career in various management roles within the catering industry following which she moved in to HR, initially in the manufacturing industry, then as a business consultant. She has over 10 years experience in generalist human resource management, joining Bridge McFarland in 2003 as their first HR Manager.
Personal:
Tina enjoys spending time with her children and dogs, DIY, gardening and the occasional bottle of fine red wine.
